COVID-19
Golden Optometry Clinic is now scheduling routine eye examinations as well as urgent and emergent care. Please be patient as the volume of visits will be limited based on safe social distancing practices and rigorous disinfection procedures between patients.
The safety of our patients and staff is our number one concern, and we continue to take every precaution to ensure a safe environment inside our offices. Some of our safety practices will impact your visit.
Here is a list of updated protocols you will encounter:
-
Every patient entering our offices will be required to wear a mask. We will be supplying medical-grade masks when you arrive. *This is subject to change*
-
Upon entering, you will be asked to sanitize your hands.
-
The patient should come to the office alone unless needing assistance from a guardian, caregiver or translator.
-
For all patients with scheduled examinations or seeking other services, please come in the front door and wait until a staff member can come and greet you.
-
Upon entering, you will be asked a series of screening questions. If you have recently travelled or are demonstrating flu-like symptoms or have been in contact with a COVID-19-positive individual, you will not be allowed access to the office.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to give us a call.
